Neuro Directions- One-to-One ADHD and Autism Coaching Supervision
At Neuro Directions, we believe in the transformative power of effective coaching, especially in specialised areas like ADHD and Autism. Our professional ADHD and Autism coaching supervision not only enhances your coaching skills but also deepens your understanding of neurodiversity. Coaching supervision and continued professional development are indispensable components of any effective coaching practice, particularly in specialised areas such as ADHD and Autism. Supervision ensures ongoing support, offering a reflective space to discuss client cases, explore new techniques, and receive feedback on your practice. This process maintains high ethical standards, improves client outcomes, and fosters personal growth and resilience among coaches.
Our specialist one-to-one supervision sessions at Neuro Directions Ltd are meticulously designed for coaches eager to develop their skills for working with Autistic and ADHD clients. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to refine your techniques, deepen your understanding of neuro-differences, and enhance your ability to make a profound difference in the lives of your clients.
What is involved?
Our one-to-one supervision sessions at Neuro Directions Ltd are designed to be flexible to meet your needs. They can be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis or take place regularly, either monthly or bi-monthly. Each session can be 60 or 90 minutes long, depending on your preference and requirements. Priced at £130 per 60 minutes these personalised sessions provide in-depth, tailored support to help you enhance your coaching practice in ADHD and Autism. A number of reduced-priced slots are also offered depending on need; we don’t want the price to be a barrier for you to access supervision.
For regular sessions, similar to coaching sessions, we establish supervision needs and goals, with the supervisee setting the agenda to ensure the sessions are focused and productive. Ad-hoc sessions can address any immediate issues that arise in your coaching practice, offering timely and relevant support.

Our Partners
We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neuro-minority individuals might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support.
