What is Coaching and Mentoring?

ADHD and Autism Coaching is a process that enables human growth and development. It involves structured, focused interaction, utilising appropriate strategies, tools, and techniques to promote positive and sustainable change.

Mentoring is a process of helping and guiding another person by sharing their knowledge, skills, and experience to support their personal development.

Our approach encourages you to feel at ease, be connected and be inspired to find answers within yourself.

Hi, We are Neuro Directions

Our mission is to help you feel well, enjoy life and be the person you want to be. We specialise in neurodiversity, offering ADHD and Autism coaching, training, and consultancy.

Neurodiversity is a concept about the functional differences in how our brains work, but it can also be considered more than a set of symptoms. The social model of disability argues that social, economic, and political barriers also affect human functioning; people are disabled by the obstacles presented in society, not by their difference. We believe in the biopsychosocial model of disability, where each element is impaired or does not function to its full potential (Petasis, 2019). The biopsychosocial model is used by the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF).

At Neuro Directions, we work with you to establish your goals and aspirations, then identify the barriers that stand in the way of reaching them.

We can help empower and motivate you to make positive changes using this approach. Working with adults, children, and young people, we can support you with the difficulties and challenges that may be specific to Neurodivergent conditions.

You can find out more about each of us on the coaches and mentors page.
