We work with any child or adult who identifies as neurodivergent, whether they have a diagnosis or not. This includes ADHD, autism, dyslexia or dyscalculia, dyspraxia, tourette’s syndrome and tics.

We work with parents, partners, and family members to support their understanding of their neurodivergent loved ones.

We work with employers and organisations who want to make their workplaces inclusive to neurotypical and neural divergent employees.

We are specialists that focus on ADHD and autism coaching, but we also have expertise in other neurodivergent conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, tourette’s syndrome, and tics.

Coaching individuals with neurodivergence requires specific skills and experience. All our coaches and mentors are highly skilled and come from a wide range of professional backgrounds which is great because, as a collective, we share ideas which also means that you can find the right coach for you. Some of our coaches and mentors are neurodivergent themselves, and some are neurotypical. All have the experience and expertise to ensure you feel fully understood and supported.

Your first session will be a free 30-minute discovery call. The purpose of this session is for you to meet with a coach to find out more about each other and decide if coaching would benefit you.

Adult Coaching sessions range from £120 to £240 per 60 minutes depending on your specific needs and the chosen coach. We also offer lots of subsidised slots for those on a low-income so don’t be put off by the cost. You may be entitled to apply for a grant that can either pay for the coaching in full or contribute towards the costs via the UK government access to work scheme.

Youth coaching sessions typically cost £120 per 60 minutes, however we also offer lots of subsidised slots for those on a low-income so please don’t be put off by the cost.

Neuro Directions does not have grant funding available, but several clients have used the  Access to Work (A2W) grant to pay for coaching sessions.

The A2W is a government grant. It is not based on earnings and is not means-tested. The grant supports individuals with a recognised disability who are employed or self-employed. The purpose of the grant is to cover the financial cost of practical advice and support to overcome work-related obstacles.

For more information please call A2W on 0345 268 8489 or visit www.gov.uk/access-to-work/how-to-claim

We do. Please see the answer to the question above.

Wow! What a question! People come to coaching at different points in their lives and for various reasons. Although there are too many to list, the reasons many people come to coaching are often broadly associated with support, change, growth, and self-discovery.

Yes, for sure. Coaching is a fantastic tool for supporting change. This could be for a shift in perspective, a daily routine, or a wholesale life change.  However, change is not always easy, and you must be committed to working with your coach to bring about any changes you want.

Coaching and therapy are two different practices that share similarities but significantly differ. Here are some key differences between coaching and therapy:

  • Focus and Goals: Coaching is typically goal-oriented and focused on helping individuals or groups achieve specific objectives, such as career advancement, personal development, or business growth. Therapy often addresses emotional or psychological issues and achieves emotional healing or mental health.
  • Past vs Future: Coaching is generally future-focused and helps individuals identify and achieve their desired outcomes. Therapy often involves exploring past experiences and traumas to address current emotional or psychological challenges.
  • Relationship: In coaching, the coach and coachee work collaboratively and are goal-oriented, while in therapy, the relationship between the therapist and client is typically more exploratory and focused on the client’s emotional needs.
  • Expertise and Credentials: While some coaching certifications are available, coaching is generally unregulated, and coaches are not required to hold specific credentials or certifications. On the other hand, therapy is regulated, and therapists must hold a license to practice and have completed a particular level of education and training. At Neuro Directions, we ensure that all our coaches are suitably qualified and members of professional coaching organisations. Our coaches engage in regular 1:1 and group supervision and continued professional development.

Coaching and therapy serve different purposes and are designed to meet different needs. Coaching focuses on helping individuals achieve specific goals, while therapy addresses emotional or psychological issues and promotes mental health.
