My mission is to help you feel well, enjoy life and be the person you want to be. I work as a specialist in ADHD and Autism coaching in the UK.  My expertise extends to supporting individuals grappling with co-occurring conditions such as Tourette’s, Tics, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, stress, and low mood. Through a blend of diverse theoretical frameworks and practical coaching and therapeutic methodologies, I am committed to empowering and motivating neurodivergent towards making transformative changes. My approach is deeply rooted in personal and professional experience, having navigated ADHD and Dyslexia myself, alongside a rich background in assisting individuals with ADHD and Autism. I firmly believe in the potential of every individual not just to survive but to thrive in life.

Our coaching journey will be a transformative process, focusing on cultivating self-awareness, expanding knowledge, enhancing skills, and equipping you with the tools and confidence to take decisive action. I employ a systemic contextual coaching model, which serves as the cornerstone of our sessions, aiming to optimise outcomes by targeting key areas. This model underscores the significance of dynamic engagement with the broader systems that shape our existence, including the communities and cultures that influence our language, behaviours, thoughts, and actions. Within this comprehensive framework, I draw upon an array of therapeutic and neuroscience approaches and techniques to foster your personal and professional development.

I am based in Shropshire but also coach across the UK remotely using Zoom. This means no matter where you are, I can help!

I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn profile for an in-depth view of my professional journey, qualifications, and accreditations, and to discover how we can navigate the path to your fullest potential together.

Systemic Contextual Coaching Model

Universal context – The universal context is the higher-level system and the underlying essence of all being and becoming in the universe.  It can encompass ideas of God, spirituality, astrology, quantum physics, and reality outside human perception and consciousness.

Collective context – Examines how our ‘being’ operates within the constructs of society, culture, and community, highlighting the influence of morals and ethics on our identity.

Self context – Enhanced by an understanding of intersectionality, this dimension focuses on our current self-awareness, linking to our past and envisioned futures, and examines how our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes are influenced by and influence our biological functioning and overall well-being.

Values context The core and guiding compass of chosen life directions. Our values are connected to life purpose and personal growth (eudaimonia).

Systemic Contextual Model of Coaching

Integral to this neuro-affirmative model is the consideration of intersectionality, neuroqueerness, and the biopsychosocial model of human functioning. These concepts enrich our understanding of self-context by recognising the multiple, intersecting identities and experiences that shape our self-awareness, well-being and social action. Intersectionality underscores how our cognitive and emotional processes are not only personal but are also shaped by the societal structures and cultural narratives that intersect with our individual identities. This perspective is crucial in connecting our present self-awareness to our past experiences and future aspirations, providing a comprehensive understanding of how various facets of identity impact our well-being and guiding us toward more inclusive and effective strategies for personal development.
