Lorna MacDougall is an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and the founder of Willow Coaching Ltd, specialising in supporting neurodivergent adults (18+) with ADHD and autism. With a holistic and humanistic coaching approach, she helps clients reconnect with their values, develop practical strategies, and navigate challenges with confidence.
With a background in business management, Lorna initially worked in corporate settings before transitioning to coaching to focus on personal development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. She pursued postgraduate training at Oxford Brookes University and the Berne Institute, enhancing her expertise in coaching and Transactional Analysis.
As a late-diagnosed ADHD individual, Lorna brings both professional expertise and lived experience, giving her a unique insight into the strengths and struggles of neurodivergence. She is passionate about helping clients realign their internal compass, build self-trust, and embrace opportunities with courage and purpose.

Her academic research in Transactional Analysis and coaching informs her evidence-based, client-centred coaching style. She blends structured techniques with a compassionate, strengths-focused approach, helping clients gain clarity, make empowered decisions, and achieve fulfilment.
As a certified Mental Health First Aider, she understands the intersection of mental health and neurodivergence, ensuring a safe, trauma-informed space for clients. She offers subsidised rates to increase accessibility and provides online coaching for flexibility and convenience.
