If there is a specific coach you would like to book a free discovery call with you can book directly with them from their bio page via the director of coaches.

Booking a coaching session with Cara, Caroline, Angela or Chris
Some coaches use their own booking system for the coaching sessions, however coaching sessions with Cara, Caroline, Angela or Chris can be booked here.

The minimum notice period for a cancelled session is 24 hours, and clients will not be charged for any sessions that fall outside this penalty notice period. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notification will be charged at the total rate.
