Our approach
Our mission is centred on empowerment. We strive to enable every individual to thrive, embrace life, and achieve their aspirations through a deeper understanding of neurodiversity. Recognising the unique challenges posed by societal barriers, we specialise in transforming these obstacles into opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
We understand neurodiversity as the functional differences in how our brains work and how we think. Neurodivergence is a deviation which encompasses more than just a set of symptoms. We believe that it is the obstacles and barriers in society, rather than neurodevelopmental differences, that disable people.
In line with the biopsychosocial model of disability, social, economic, and political barriers also impact human functioning. It is these societal barriers, rather than neuro-differences, that disable individuals. We believe in the biopsychosocial model of disability which incorporates the mind, body and social elements, each interacting and affecting human functioning.
We know there’s no ‘one-size fits-all’ approach, but our guidance and assistance can help unlock a unique advantage.
Our services are tailored to support the unique individuals and organisations that we work with.

Our Partners
We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neuro-minority individuals might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support.
