Lorna MacDougall BA (Hons), MA. (Coaching and Mentoring), Executive Function Skills Cert. (CIM), Foundation degree in Transactional Analysis, Certified EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach.

As a late-diagnosed woman with neurodiversity, I am particularly drawn to supporting fellow women who share similar experiences. I firmly believe that neurodiversity is a difference, not a deficit—contrary to common misconceptions. My passion lies in gaining a deep understanding of these differences and using that knowledge to provide coaching and support for individuals. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where neurodiversity is not only embraced but becomes a catalyst for personal growth and success.

I offer a comprehensive coaching approach rooted in Transactional Analysis, extensively examined during recent dissertation research for my Masters in Coaching and Mentoring. My integrated method incorporates insights from further modalities, particularly mindfulness and self-compassion, and elements from positive psychology and gestalt theory.

You can be assured that Neuro Directions coaches and mentors have the training, knowledge and expertise to ensure you feel fully understood and supported.

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
