As a specialist neurodiversity coach, I strongly believe in the power of neurodivergent individuals, especially when your environment is designed to enable you to thrive. My style of coaching can support you in developing self-advocacy skills, to support you in creating an environment that works for you, as well building new habits and strategies that work with your neurodivergent traits.

Certain challenges may be unique to the neurodivergent community, such as demand avoidance, difficulty in planning and prioritising, visualising the future, or challenges with motivation. I will ensure your unique neurodivergent experience is considered within my coaching approach, going at your pace and making sure you are at the centre of our interactions.

Coaching is led by you, is an empowering process where you are in control. I will provide insight, a different perspective, and help you establish your patterns of thought which may be subconscious or not serving you, as well as highlighting the ones that are already working well.

I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and have lived experience of the challenges that can arise when you’re both neurodivergent and queer. I’m an LGBTQIA+ advocate, speaker, trainer, and I co-chair an employee network for the largest conservation charity in Europe.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m a musician. I lead group drumming workshops at various events and festivals, and I also play the drums in a feminist rock band. In my free time, I volunteer with wildlife charities and actively campaign for important environmental causes. Staying active and enjoying the outdoors is something I hold close to my heart.

As a single parent, I’m incredibly fortunate to have an amazing daughter who never fails to keep me smiling and always keeps me on my toes!

I’m a strong advocate for feminism, intersectionality, and equity, diversity and inclusion, both at work and beyond.

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
