My mission is to help equip you with the tools and strategies for living your happiest and most fulfilled life. I have over 15 years of experience working as a teacher, eleven of which have been dedicated to working with young people with ADHD and Autism. As both the SENCo and Head of School within a specialist educational school, it has been Chris’ role to ensure that all staff are continuously up-to-date and trained on legislation and research about all academic and social needs of the young people.

To ensure the best outcomes for children and young people, Chris advocates a holistic approach, including continuous communication and support with family members who can sometimes share similar neurodiverse traits. Chris has therefore gained experience working effectively with neurodiversity among adults.

To maintain a high standard of service, Chris have continuously engaged in professional development in neurodiversity, attachment, and trauma-informed working. As a result, Chris can support and equip young people with the knowledge and skills to improve independence, develop life skills, cope with social anxiety, increase social awareness, build and maintain healthy relationships, and enjoy life. In addition, Chris has seen the successes individuals can experience with consistent and effective mentoring, coaching, and support.

Chris believes that a strong foundation between a coach and their client is critical to paving the way for success; therefore, building a positive rapport and relationship with you with a priority of his.

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
