As a Positive Psychology ADHD coach, Anita’s starting point is that you are not broken, you are not deficient, and you do not need fixing. The difficulties you have are a result of always having lived in an environment that does not suit your brain wiring. Anita believes that because of this, you have grown up unaware of your innate strengths, whilst extremely aware of your weaknesses. Anita strives to restore that balance. Together you will uncover your strengths and take you on an exponential growth journey where you will design the life that suits you. This includes work, career, relationships, education, hobbies, as well as the dreaded housework and other organisational issues.

Anita’s professional background is in special educational needs, educational leadership, and educational consultancy with a specific focus on inclusion for all. In her personal background she has experience with adoption, ADHD, autism, attachment issues, LGBTIQ+ including transgender, and communication between the neurodivergent and the neurotypical.

Although Anita work with ADHD adults, parents of ADHD children, and late diagnosis ADHD, her particular passion is working with couples where one is ADHD and the other is either neurotypical or autistic. Anita helps them develop a language with which they can communicate their needs and explain their experiences to each other and in this way improve their communication skills. Anita uses positive psychology, metaphor coaching, shamanic practice, ADHD education, specific ADHD interventions, and other bits and bobs in her coaching.

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
