Amanda is an integrative counsellor and ADHD coach who values collective healing and liberation. Amanda using anti-oppression and trauma-informed approaches, and also specialises in working with People of Colour (POC) and/ or LGBTQIA+ neurodivergent individuals. Amanda uses an an intersectional framework, exploring all parts of your identity and how they may intersect with your neurodivergence. Creating a space where you can bring all aspects of who you are and feel seen and supported is their passion!

Amanda’s practice is collaborative, strengths based, person-centred and systems oriented. This means that you go at your pace based on what you both mutually identify would be most supportive for you, highlighting your strengths and naming the impact that ableist, racist and/or queerphobic systems can have on wellbeing.

During the ADHD coaching together, the focus can include:

  • Understanding ADHD and tapping into your natural strengths
  • Exploring creative coping strategies within your personal life and work life
  • Understanding how to work alongside your unique ADHD brain wiring
  • Managing overwhelm and understanding your nervous system
  • Challenging and dismantling ableism (both external and internal)
  • Exploring how to shape your home and work environment to help you thrive
  • Expanding your self-compassion
  • Identifying ways you can tap into resources and support, both internally and in community
  • Exploring your identity and finding what brings you joy and authentic fulfilment

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
