Neuro Directions – Coaches

Neuro Directions – Coaches

At Neuro Directions, we believe that Autism and ADHD coaches require specific skills and experience and pride ourselves on connecting you with highly skilled independent coach practitioners.

Each coach listed here is endorsed by Neuro Directions, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards of excellence. This includes:

  • having the appropriate training and experience
  • engaging in regular 1:1 and group supervision sessions
  • have up to date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
  • engage in regular continued professional development
  • are a minimum of level two safeguarding trained
  • have appropriate coaching registrations and memberships
  • adhere to high ethical standards of practice

We feel it is essential that all our coaches and mentors have personal or extensive professional experience with neurodiversity and its associated challenges and opportunities. In addition to being highly skilled and experienced our coaches come from diverse professional backgrounds, bringing different styles, strengths and approaches, which is excellent because it means you can find the right coach.  Some are neurodivergent themselves; some are neurotypical, and we all have experience working with neurodivergent individuals. We’re all different but share the belief in the transformative power of coaching.

You can be assured that Neuro Directions coaches and mentors have the training, knowledge and expertise to ensure you feel fully understood and supported.

Our Partners

We specialise in coaching, mentoring, training, and consultancy. However, we recognise that neurodivergent people might need support from other services too. To this end, we work in close partnership with several organisations that offer assessment, medication, therapy, and counselling, as well as practical and targeted support for executive functioning.
