My mission is to help you feel well, enjoy life and be the person you want to be. I work as a specialist in ADHD and Autism coaching in the UK. I have experience working with individuals with co-occurring anxiety, stress, and low mood. I can help empower and motivate you to make positive changes by drawing on different theoretical and practical coaching approaches.  I have lived experience having ADHD and Dyslexia and have lots of professional experience working with individuals with ADHD and Autism. I promise that you can not only survive life but thrive.

Throughout our coaching time together, you will develop self-awareness, knowledge, skills, and the tools and confidence to take action. My systemic contextual coaching model provides the framework to guide the coaching sessions and target the areas that optimise outcomes. Systemic contextual coaching is based on the belief that growth and development happen in dynamic engagement with broader systems that we are part of and relate with, reflecting that the communities and cultures we are part of that shape our language, ways of being, thinking and doing. Within this model, I draw upon various approaches and techniques to facilitate your development.

Universal context – The universal context is the higher-level system and the underlying essence of all being and becoming in the universe.  It can encompass ideas of God, spirituality, astrology, quantum physics, and reality outside human perception and consciousness.

Collective context – How our ‘being’ or ‘self’ works within the social constructs of societal, cultural and community systems. Includes our morals and ethics

Self context – Our sense of ourselves in the here and now links to our past and ideas about our future selves.  Our awareness of ourselves and how ‘self’ can be developed. How our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning and vice versa.

Values context The core and guiding compass of chosen life directions. Our values are connected to life purpose and personal growth (eudaimonia).
